Introduction

By participating in the promotion, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The promotion is being run by Last Wave Originals.

Eligibility to Enter

The promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who are 21 years of age or older. Last Wave Originals employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 5 June 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 30 June 2024 (the "promotion period").

How to Enter

There are several ways to enter:

1. Sign-up for the Last Wave newsletter equals one entry.
2. Every apparel item purchased during the promotion period equals one entry.
3. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

• The use of specific brands as prizes by Last Wave Originals does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• The winning prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
• Last Wave Originals' decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on 15 July 2024.

Last Wave Originals will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winners do not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 5 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Last Wave Originals reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winners will allow 14-21 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the promotion will be used by Last Wave Originals for the purposes of administering the promotion and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing csr@lastwave.com.

If requested by Last Wave Originals, the winners agree to release their first name and state of residence to any other participants in relation to the winning announcement.

The winners' first name and state of residence will be announced on Last Wave Originals' website and social media channels. In addition, Last Lave Originals may ask for a photo and/or quote from the winner to support winning announcements and/or social media/marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Last Wave Originals accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the promotion or being selected for a prize.

General

Last Wave Originals reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
