Last Wave Policies

Important Information: 

Last Wave Originals Uses for the most secure credit card processing available.  By using, credit information is neither captured nor retained by Last Wave Originals.  In our attempts to combat fraud, we can only ship orders when the credit card holder's billing address matches what is on file with the card issuer. Please ensure you list the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement or it may be declined by our merchant bank.

Exchanges & Returns:

If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply ship the items back to us in the most inexpensive way possible, such as USPS parcel post. We will pay the return shipping costs of any exchanged items. In other words, if you get it here, we'll pay to get it back to you! You may return most new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You will receive an email notification once we've received your package and processed your return or exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-5 business days).

Shipping & Delivery:

We ship orders M-F, except for major holidays. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.  Our cut-off time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM PST.  Any orders received after 2:00PM will ship on the following business day. 

Our web store will compute the correct shipping charges for all orders. All shipments will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS shipments have both tracking information and delivery confirmation.

Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout.  Shipping in the United States is calculated by region.

All orders shipped within California require us to charge applicable state sales tax. Any tax charges are presented before checkout.

Damaged Package Claims:

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package).  Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.

Lost Package Claims:

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us.
